Last year I had the opportunity to travel to Turks and Caicos. After visiting the island a few years back, I couldn’t wait to return and discover new parts of the country. We rented a very small car and spent our days beach hopping all around the island. Every morning we drove from one beach to another, hoping to find our favorite by the end the trip.

Truth be told, in the end I couldn’t decide which beach was truly the winner as they all seemed to be unique and beautiful in different ways. If I had to choose, I’d say my top three were probably Sapodilla Bay, Emerald Point (also known as Leeward Beach), and Princess Alexandra.

Another highlight of our adventure was discovering a very beautiful bay towards the south of the island, with striking turquoise water and small cays. Chalk Sound was magical and we found ourselves getting lost in the beauty of the pristine islets. It was then that we knew we were looking at something truly special.
