The caramel sea salt mocha, strawberry milkshake, curious george, and over the moon are some of my favorites, but one of the most popular cupcakes for Harry Potter fans is the Sorting Hat, which has a different flavor for each house at Hogwarts blue, yellow, green, and pink buttercream hidden under a layer of chocolate ganache.
