By the time March rolls around in New York City, I’m always craving warm weather. The calendar says that spring is around the corner, but the chilly temps always prove otherwise. Last March, when my husband and I had enough of the extended winter in New York, we decided to book a quick, three-day trip to Miami.
I absolutely love Miami Beach and have been to the area many times. The more I go, the more I fall in love with the energy, the food, the people and the excitement. During our stay we spent our days soaking up the sun on the beach, and our evenings trying out a few different restaurants. Our most favorite place was Catch Miami, where the food was simply delicious.
